These Cardan joints are used to provide for the necessary bending angle od Cardan shafts-steering gear columns, in order to trnsmit the torque from the steering wheel to servo steering gear.
Special design allows applications on lever systems for remote control (gearshift levers, etc.)
Any special maintenace is not required.
